Malaysia Small Chili Restaurant, Campsie, Sydney inner west

✦ The ever popular Malaysian cuisine has another contender for best laksa and char kway teoh in Sydney

✦ Ho Jiak has got to be one of my favourites in Sydney in terms of the best tasting dishes though they are not the cheapest by any means and you can definitely get a decent Malaysian feed in a number of other joints around town

✦ Malaysia Small Chili Restaurant just opened up on Beamish St in Campsie and I must say it does offer up quite a challenge in terms of tastiness

✦ Better yet, as an opening special they were giving everyone 20% off their bill – winning!

Beef laksa – we had to get the beef as they had run out of the chicken laksa which seems to be the favourite. Not too spicy which was perfect for me with tender chunks of stir fried beef just the way i like it – $15.90

Char Kway Teow – this dish was bursting with ‘heat of the wok (wok hei)! Decent in serving size it was a tad lacking in chicken/prawn though but the noodles were cooked to perfection – $13.90

No zomato page at time of writing (they don’t even have a webpage yet!)
