Ume Burger, Barangaroo
Ume Burger has been making the rounds on Instagram and generally, the reviews have been positive. When my friend suggested catching up there, I readily agreed.
The restaurant is located in the strip of Barangaroo food outlets. We visited on a Monday night and it wasn’t overly busy, there were a lot of empty tables. There are strict signs up at the tables for each outlet saying that only food from that place can be eaten at the table – and they enforce this strictly!
You order at the counter and also get your cutlery, table water, napkins by yourself.
We also ordered the chips with umami seasoning and I can confirm that the seasoning is yummy!

Overall I was pleased – it is a bit pricey and over all too quickly in terms of sizing but I would go back again.
